Prime Labor & Staffing is currently recruiting for multiple positions for construction laborers. Candidates must have previous experience in general labor or construction labor and must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Candidates must also be able to work on elevated platforms. Having concrete experience is helpful but not required. Being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is also helpful but not required. This is a full time position, averaging 45-50 hours per week. The work is primarily in Tulare and Kings counties, although jobsites may occasionally go beyond these counties. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Performs various tasks associated in production of concrete products and has a close working relationship with the production Supervisor/crews. Will perform production duties in a safe and timely manner by operating various tools and equipment to complete the different job functions from a predetermined schedule. Requirements Background Check and Drug screening required. Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record. Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc. Cannot be afraid of heights. Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals. Able to lift-up to 75Ibs. Candidate should be able read and understand basic safety instructions.
