ShareVery busy exterior building restoration company seeking labor on multiple projects in the bay area. Looking for laborers, skilled trade and foreman for immediate positions. Most of our projects are on condos and you will be riding in a swing stage or a boom lift for access to the work areas. We do concrete repairs (not flat work) stucco, waterproofing, caulking, painting, framing and exterior repairs to the buildings. We offer very competitive wages and the benefits that are below. There is room to grow in the company so not a dead-end position. There is an initial drug test that must be passed. Our guys get 40 hours every week unless there is bad weather. We provide the large tools, but you will need to have hand tools. Valid driver's license, transportation and SS card required. The guys meet at the job sites and not at the office so you must have a vehicle (not a bike) to get there. Benefits we offer after 90-day probation: 2 paid sick days per year, 6 paid holidays per year, health insurance for individual with half paid by the company, vision, dental, life insurance and disability insurance and 1 weeks’ vacation after 1-year and 2 weeks’ vacation after 3 years.
