SharePay: $23/hr – $28/hr (Bi-Weekly Pay) We are hiring Concrete Laborers and Experienced Concrete Workers to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. This is steady, full-time work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Pay Rates Concrete Laborer (B-Tier): $23/hr (5–10 years manufacturing experience OR 3+ years precast concrete experience) Experienced Concrete Worker (A-Tier): $28/hr (7+ years precast concrete experience) Responsibilities Safely strip forms with an overhead crane Clean forms with hand tools Bolt/unbolt pieces of equipment with hand tools Read and interpret shop drawings Prepare and install rebar or reinforcing wire Pour and finish concrete in forms per quality standards Integrate solar inverter skids according to QC standards Keep tools and work areas safe and clean Handle materials, carry/replace parts Ensure finished product is free of cracks and imperfections Communicate with Quality Control for inspections Report and stop unsafe work conditions Perform other related duties as required Requirements Must be 18 years or older Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling 35–50 lbs for 8–10 hrs/day Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, Monday–Friday (with overtime and some Saturdays) Must provide and wear PPE (hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves) Strong work ethic and reliability required What We Offer Bi-weekly pay Steady hours with overtime opportunities Safe and team-oriented environment Long-term growth for the right candidates 📍 Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, overtime and some Saturdays If you are experienced in concrete work, precast, or heavy industrial labor, we want to hear from you! 👉 Reply to this ad with your resume or work history and contact information.
