Building Engineer, 01 Journey Electrician, HVAC Technician (Lynnwood to Olympia areas)

Crown Property Services, Inc. is a licensed commercial and HVAC contractor specializing in commercial building maintenance. We are currently seeking skilled and/or trainable, motivated Commercial Building Maintenance Technicians to join our team. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train from the ground up. Job Description: In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to commercial buildings. You will work closely with other technicians, contractors, and building managers to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities: • Commercial construction background • Plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, painting, HVAC controls, operation, and maintenance • Facilities repair and maintenance • Pressure washing and window cleaning • Snow removal While experience in these areas is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must also have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation. Our operating area covers the I-5 corridor from Lynnwood to Olympia. ALSO HIRING: 1 .
