We will provide all necessary tools and equipment. - Debris removal - Inspections - Installation of handrails, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, switch plates, outlet covers, gas/water caps, vent covers, etc. - Lawn/yard maintenance, shrub trimming, vine removal - Snow removal - Cleaning services - Window boarding & re-glazing - Gutter cleaning & repair - Securing/lock changes - Winterizations/de-winterizations - Minor repairs & other similar services as needed Requirement: - Must Pass Background Check - Must Pass Drug Test - Clean Driving Record - Previous experience and track record of performing the above services or similar services. - Must be reachable via phone/email/text throughout the day.
