Position Description: We are looking for a motivated apprentice eager to build a long-term career in the field of heavy-duty suspension and alignment. No prior experience is required, but basic mechanical knowledge is essential. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually take on a leadership role. To succeed, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, both on and off the job. Key Responsibilities Assist experienced technicians with suspension repairs and wheel alignments on heavy-duty vehicles. Participate in comprehensive training to understand suspension systems, including shock absorbers, leaf springs, and bushings. Support the replacement of key suspension components such as U-bolts, kingpins, and tie rods. Collaborate on high-precision alignment services, learning to use advanced alignment technology. Participate in diagnosing and troubleshooting steering issues and irregular tire wear. Contribute to performance data collection and analysis, supporting the development of predictive maintenance models. Maintain a safe and organized work area, properly caring for tools and equipment. Document work processes and communicate effectively with the team and customers. What You Will Learn In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty suspension systems and alignment procedures. Requirements Education: High school diploma (secondary) or equivalent (Mandatory) Experience 0–1+ years in the automotive industry. Diesel truck experience preferred but not required.
