PREFER: Female (because you'll be helping me with my Personal things) PREFER: LOCALS or those with RV's, travel trailers, or campers! We Do Prefer Locals because we are 1hour and 20 minutes from Flagstaff, and 40 minutes from downtown Williams, however we will be doing some work at my other property 16 miles from the I40 off HWY 64 in Williams. Are you a type A personality? VERY detail oriented? Excellent organizational, and communicational skills? Like to Clean, Organize and Pack, plus day to day chores? A Self Starter and an early riser as it gets pretty hot this time of year later in the day? I'm am looking for someone who is flexible, which I am too. Days may change weekly, although I may be able to work around your schedule We're Hiring someone to help with organizing, packing, cleaning, gardening, ect. I'm selling my ranch, due to health issues and moving to Lakeside. I also have another property 15 miles north of Williams where we will be storing most of my things, so I will be needing a little help there as well. We will be cleaning, organizing, going through storage sheds, while also working in the garden, and general overall help, on our totally Off Grid 43 acre ranch south of the beautiful Grand Canyon! We're offering a part time, temporary position, approximately 20-24 hours per week for about 4-5 weeks. The National Forest is not to far from us where you can camp for free for 2 weeks at a time if you'd like. State Trust Land is next door, however they do charge a small fee for their permit and there is a time limit (So you do have to move camping locations every two weeks) We do rent out camping spots onsite if you would prefer which start at $56 per week Paid up front, unless arrangements are made in advance. We do allow a Limited number of pets at our camping spots (limited total on property), so if you have one please inquire as to an opening for more. YOU MUST: Take pride in your work, and pay attention to details! MUST HAVE: A WORKING Cell Phone (Verizon is the best out here) MUST HAVE: Your OWN vehicle, Cell Phone, and mailing address legally registered with the post office (due to having to mail out your 1099, NO in care of addresses, sorry. We're off grid and 4 miles down an unmaintained dirt road, a car can make it if you know how to drive off road! MUST: Fill out an application, and Pass a background test (no theft, heavy drugs, or violence (if over 10 years old might be accepted)) MUST BE: Trustworthy, dependable, and honest MUST BE: A team player and able to work independently MUST BE: In very good physical condition We are at 6200' elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 80's in the day, and 50's at night time. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Valle, AZ. weather conditions, although we are 200 feet higher. We do have, his and hers composting bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. This is a 1099 position (unless you make under $600 total for the whole year)!
