Global Dimensions is seeking Senior Imagery Analysts for positions in Quantico, VA. Senior Imagery Analysts will: Provide imagery science support specifically related to the exploitation of imagery from sensor disciplines such as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Thermal Infrared, Spectral, or Geospatial, including OPIR, Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Photogrammetry, and Light Imaging Detection and Ranging (LIDAR). Offer technical analytical expertise in support of the USMC National Geospatial-Intelligence Program-funded Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) analysis and production program. Provide recommendations for operational GEOINT architectures and FSG guidance to analysts, operators, and managers on processes, techniques, and procedures. Participate in developing program strategies, issues papers, briefings, and senior-level correspondence for MCIA and HQ USMC leadership to sustain and expand FSG analysis and production capabilities for current and future USMC operations. Assist in establishing relationships with NSG functional managers to promote service-specific GEOINT requirements and address shortfall impacts to MCIA GEOINT. Offer guidance and expertise to enhance the competency of military and civilian analysts in applying advanced remote sensing techniques. Support the development of collection strategies for standing, ad hoc, and emerging FSG capabilities, including investigating and reporting on collection parameters and constraints associated with littoral mission requirements, as well as training MCIA collections staff on existing and developing collection strategies. Aid in the development and dissemination of FSG products to meet USMC and government requirements, including fusing FSG products with data, information, and products from other intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT). Provide expertise in a variety of geospatial exploitation software suites and use data and products from multiple sensors and collection platforms. Develop and standardize innovative and adaptive full-spectrum GEOINT products and services. Offer research and guidance on sensor applications for specific geospatial problem sets, sensor-specific processing techniques, and related training/education. Assist in analyzing and conducting statistical analyses on image datasets and identifying and utilizing alternative data sources to meet specific mission requirements. Collaborate with and provide scientific support for imagery/geospatial analysis to refine assessments of current intelligence issues. Provide imagery science expertise to support GEOINT analysis and assessments on intelligence issues. Evaluate commercial, academic, and external approaches and algorithms, refine and develop measures of effectiveness, improve system environments, and create new procedures. Requirements TS/SCI Security Clearance Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least some of the experience occurring within the last 2 years. Education: A Master's degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of senior-level experience, totaling 17 years, in lieu of a Master’s degree. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the labor category activities necessary to fulfill mission requirements. Exhibits mastery in both qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and actively engages with academic or other fields that influence tradecraft development. Demonstrates the ability to define new, comprehensive, or unique research approaches that enable thorough assessments and contribute to high-level tasks. Provides in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, clearly articulating key findings. Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Demonstrates the ability to review analytic products for logical arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and sufficient support for conclusions, regularly testing the analytic rigor of products. This role oversees day-to-day quality control operations and laboratory testing procedures, provides hands-on leadership to lab technicians and quality inspectors, and ensures compliance with quality standards and industry regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader with strong knowledge of textile testing methods, quality systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Quality & Inspection Oversight Supervise daily quality control activities, including raw material, in-process, and final product inspections. Ensure accurate execution of inspection protocols, sampling plans, and documentation procedures. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for non-conformances. Laboratory Operations Manage all laboratory testing functions related to textile and composite materials (e.g., tensile strength, flammability, dimensional stability, coating adhesion).
