Responsibilities Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using the appropriate cleaning products and methods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sorting and removing trash and recycling. Ensure that all food items are properly washed and stored, and that kitchen equipment is properly maintained. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures, including monitoring and recording food temperatures and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Assist with the management of kitchen inventory, including maintaining appropriate levels of cleaning supplies and notifying management of any inventory needs. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not necessary. Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Benefits Par rate is $15 an hour.

About the Role The Food Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the kitchen to the food runners/servers, ensuring orders are being prepared with the correct priority and assisting in the final preparation and presentation of dishes. Position Responsibilities Control the flow & timing of all food leaving the kitchen. Works closely with the Chef team to pace tickets accordingly.
