This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for professionals with a strong background in ocean freight operations, customs compliance, Cargo Wise and international logistics coordination. Responsibilities: • Perform self-determined classification of items, services, and technologies into ECCNs and USML categories. • Identify applicable export exemptions and licensing requirements. • Draft assessments, briefings, technical evaluations, and regulatory interpretations. • Maintain and update compliance databases with review data and findings. • Support the development of training materials and outreach products. • Provide programmatic and technical input for reviews and policy development. • Performs additional duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in export compliance (ITAR/EAR/USML//ECCNS) • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred). • Excellent reading comprehension, writing and communication skills that include the ability to effectively communicate with personnel of various backgrounds • Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TechOp, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The tentative wage for this role is $75,000-$95,000.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our excavation team. The CDL Driver will be responsible for safely transporting construction materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, ensuring timely deliveries that support project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a clean driving record, and experience operating heavy vehicles in construction environments. Duties/Responsibilities: • Operate commercial vehicles (dump trucks, flatbeds, mixers, or other construction vehicles) in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. • Load, transport, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues. • Follow delivery schedules and routes as assigned. • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery records. • Assist with basic loading/unloading tasks when required. • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, dispatch, and team members to coordinate deliveries. • Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle. • Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B as required. • Proven experience driving heavy vehicles in a construction or similar environment. • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. • Ability to read maps, GPS, and follow directions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Physical ability to load/unload materials as needed. • Good communication skills and reliability. • Clean driving record preferred.
