WHO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR We are seeking a Software and Data Analytics Specialist to join our Software and Data Analytics team. This role will directly support our Senior Software Administrator by driving projects around data integrations, analytics, automation, and workflow efficiency across the business. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable coding, and passionate about solving complex data and process challenges. This role will focus heavily on Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, EDI integrations, and Python scripting. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data sets in Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM. - Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows across departments. - Support and expand EDI integrations with key partners and platforms. - Create and manage data pipelines for reporting, forecasting, and analytics. - Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to design data solutions that improve efficiency. - Troubleshoot software integrations and data issues, providing clean, actionable outputs. - Document processes, create training materials, and support business stakeholders in leveraging dashboards and reports. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, software integration, or software development. - Strong skills in Python scripting (required). - Proficiency with Zoho Analytics & Zoho CRM (or similar BI/CRM platforms). - Familiarity with EDI workflows, logistics, or shipping systems is a strong plus. - Experience with SQL, APIs, and automation tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
