Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations. Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures. Assist with office improvement projects as needed. Pay: Starting $25 hourly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems. Job Summary: This position is a hands on, skilled and reliable Commercial Parking Lot Sweeper Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate parking lot sweeping equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety in commercial parking lots. Responsibilities * Operate parking lot sweeping equipment including but not limited to sweepers, vacuum trucks, and other related machinery. * Uphold standards by sweeping and cleaning parking lots, garages, and other designated areas according to established schedules and guidelines. * Prioritize and effectively complete scheduled contracted services sweeping while staying within the allocated amount of time scheduled for each property. * Remove debris, trash, and other obstructions from parking lots to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. Change and reline trash receptacles on designated sites. * Hand pick large debris from island planters and property boundaries. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly. Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents in the workplace. * Follow environmental regulations and guidelines for proper disposal of waste materials collected during sweeping operations. * Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work. * Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicle and equipment issued under your care. * Utilize company technology, resources, and software tools for communication. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Prior experience operating heavy machinery, preferably parking lot sweepers or similar equipment. * Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques for mechanical equipment is desirable. * Ability to work independently. * Clear driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required) * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Required to work a graveyard position. * Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions *******To be considered for the position, please submit your resume when expressing interest.*******

We’re looking for a Truck Upfitting & Fabrication Technician to join our fabrication department. This is a hands-on shop position where you’ll be fabricating and installing custom equipment, wiring electrical systems, and keeping our trucks ready for any job. Responsibilities • Fabricate custom truck accessories (ladder racks, vice stands, storage solutions, etc.) • Operate shop equipment: ironworker, press brake, plasma table, bandsaw • Wire and install GPS units, strobe/flood/tail lights, and other 12V components • Install inverters, fuel transfer pumps, air compressors, and hose reels • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards • Work with the team to problem-solve and complete projects on time Qualifications Required: • Fabrication or metalworking experience • Basic wiring/electrical knowledge (12V systems) • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness Preferred: • MIG welding experience • Previous fleet/truck upfitting experience

The Parts & Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts inventory, procurement, and equipment fleet maintenance operations to ensure efficient equipment performance and minimal downtime. This role manages maintenance schedules, supervises mechanic shop staff, and ensures the availability of necessary parts and supplies. The manager also works closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to optimize costs, improve processes, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
