Looking for a subcontractor to finish our floors for the newly built apartment complexes. All are post-tension layouts, but we do work on mono and the occasional stem pours. We might need help on the onsite pour, i.e, sidewalks, curb, and gutter, but that is rare. We are a busy Construction Plumbing Company who specializes in Commercial, Industrial and Municipal New Builds and Tenant Improvements. We are located in the East Valley but work valley wide. We are looking for an experienced Plumber who can run and complete plumbing jobs (New Build, T.I., Remodels). You must have your own hand tools, valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug-test, background check and read and write English. Promptness and accountability is a must.
