Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program. Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus. At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional. Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
