We are a very close-knit group, and we enjoy our work time together.  This company is in-network with a majority of insurances Responsibilities Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames. Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals. Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to evaluate the patient appropriately. Schedule: Monday - Thursday: (3 shift options - 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:30 AM, 7:00 PM) Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM #IND Requirements Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice Must be open to learning, willing to take on the overall task, and become part of the team.  Benefits Health insurance with anthem BCBS, Vision PTO starts with 14 days plus major holidays (PTO can be negotiated) STUDENT LOAN STIPEND (receive up to $500 a month in addition to salary toward paying student loans). Will pay for further certifications and CE Courses (NO CAP!)
