Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. This role involves developing tailored therapeutic interventions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patients’ mental and emotional well-being in diverse clinical settings located in, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Roswell, Truth or Consequences, Santa Clara, and Los Lunas, NM. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure: Active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Experience: 1–3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnostic criteria. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Soft Skills: Empathy, cultural competence, and strong interpersonal communication. Analytical problem-solving and crisis management abilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnose disorders using DSM-5 criteria. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse populations. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical standards.
