Collaborate with our Head Coach to create enriching, supportive and memorable experiences for children enrolled in our program. This valuable and valued position assists the Head Swim Team Coach with a strength and injury prevention program to supplement the in-water swim team workouts.  Supporting high levels of community and accountability with participants is key to this role while supporting the overall mission and season plan outlined by the Head Coach. Able to lift and carry objects weighing at 30-40 pounds.
