Here are the details: -- Purchased from Shift in 2021 -- I own it, but it was purchased for my daughter who was in college at the time. She has since moved to Canada. I am not its regular driver so I know little about it, but I do know its repair history as I'm the one who paid :-)). -- It's had new tires in the past 3 years (they appear in good shape to me) and, at some point, a new battery. -- She had the oil changed before she left for Canada a few months ago. -- The front brake pads were replaced in 2023, along with the disc rotor and the shock absorbers -- In 2024, the transmission light went on and we had it checked out at Capitol Ford in San Jose where she was living and a transmission control module was replace. -- The car has some minor dings and scrapes but is otherwise in excellent condition -- The interior is extremely clean Minor Issues. I travel a lot and don't have time to take care of these two items, but they are minor and the price reflects you having to take care of them yourself (if you so choose): -- There is a small windshield ding that can be seen in the next to last photo. I have a great reasonably priced guy I've used for my Lexus located off of Alameny before Bayshore and am happy to share his information. -- The part that the metal seat belt clip fits into is broken on the passenger side. An easy swap out. -- I do have two keys but do not think the auto lock/unlock buttons work on either of them. You have to unlock the car manually with the key in the driver's side lock. These are easily replaceable, but work just find if you don't care. Other things to know. -- She has a power strip installed on the passenger floor side which has actual outlets and a USB port. Since I don't drive this car, I have no idea how anything electronic works. Up to you to figure it out. -- I believe there is an issue with the antenna (can't remember exactly what), so best to listen to music via your phone or other device How Seeing the Car and a Sale Will Work. -- I live near Portola and the Twin Peaks Gas Station. I would be happy to bring the car up to the parking lot in front of the Miraloma Market. There is generally lots of parking available. -- You may take the car for a test drive. If you prefer I not be in the car, that's fine, but you will leave me your driver's license. -- If you want to purchase the car, I will need to protect myself from all of the Craigslist scams out there, so there are 3 options for payment: * Zelle. A transfer must take place during banking hours. I must see the funds in my account, not just receive an electronic confirmation. The funds cannot be "pending." *We go to your bank together and the teller provides me with a cashier's check or cash. * We complete a formal bill of sale (which we’ll do anyway) with a copy of both of our IDs. You wire me the funds and when they are received, I sign over the title. That would probably require a day and take trust on your part, but you will have the bill of sale with my driver license. I'm all for honesty and transparency.
