Issaquah based document imaging company has an immediate opening for a full time document scanning technician. Flexible, casual, low stress working environment. Experience not necessary, but preferred - we will provide training. Must be detail oriented and able to pay close attention while performing tasks with little supervision. Work is not difficult or physically demanding, but it must be done correctly and certain performance goals will need to be met. Overtime may be available. Basic understanding of Windows and general computer literacy, ability lift up to 25lbs, and a positive and resourceful "can do" attitude desired. Available shifts are 6-2, 7-3am or 10pm to 6am. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings. - Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits, implementing corrective measures as needed. - Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlinking campaigns to improve site authority and performance. - Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize site health. - Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, and others) for content optimization, workflow automation, and research tasks. - Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategy with content creation and campaigns. - Partner with the PPC Strategist to ensure SEO and paid media efforts are complementary. - Provide detailed reporting and analysis of SEO performance, with actionable recommendations. - Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging AI technologies. - Ensure all SEO practices adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines and ethical standards strong collaboration with marketing, content, and PPC team members. - May provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices and AI utilization. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce or multi-site environments. - Strong expertise with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. - Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, and site authority. - Advanced AI prompting skills using platforms like ChatGPT, Grok, or similar tools. - Familiarity with PPC advertising and ability to collaborate with paid media teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns (preferred). - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA environments (is a plus). - Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Analytics. - Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. - Experience with advertising tools such as SEMrush, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout is a big plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a passion for optimizing ROI. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
