Key Responsibilities: Configuration of Tablets/Laptop/Desktop as per the IT established process Install Operating system on laptops/desktops Manage Logistics & shipments of ITAssets Coordination with OEM vendor if any support is required Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues at Hardware level, Software & application level Collaborate with IT Support team working from INDIA location for the shipment/retrieval activity and physical asset verification. Maintain accurate records of IT Asset Inventory Assist in creating and maintaining Hardware in/out tracker. Provide remote support to Infrastructure team for Hardware related setup, troubleshooting at Data Center as per business requirement including weekend downtime activities. Requirements Qualifications: Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or Desktop support role. Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications. Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with ticketing systems & IT Asset Management is Addon advantage. Basic knowledge of Active Directory User Management, DNS, DHCP functionality. The employee is required to regularly lift and move IT assets weighing up to 50 pounds as part of managing shipments, inventory and installations.  Work Location: On-site role based in Skypark, IRVINE California (must be able to commute to this location daily Monday-Friday).
