We are looking for a versatile and mechanically inclined Shop, Assembly & Support Technician to join our team and support both companies. This role combines technical support, hands-on fabrication, and field installation work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Streaming Support Services -Provide first-level support for live streaming systems, cameras, and related hardware. -Assist clients with troubleshooting connectivity, networking, and streaming issues. 2. System Builds & Installations -Assemble and configure off-grid solar systems for remote deployments. -Install and configure IP cameras, solar systems, and networking hardware on-site and in the shop. -Support field deployment and service trips as needed. 3. Technical Setup & Configuration -Configure IP networking, wireless systems, and solar controllers. -Test and integrate camera hardware with streaming servers and software. -Perform soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly for DC power systems. 4. Shop & Warehouse Operations -Assemble and quality-check X Stream Designs enclosure systems. -Manage inventory of parts, tools, and hardware. -Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse and work area. Desired Skills & Qualifications 1. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on skills with tools, assembly, and fabrication. 2. Networking Knowledge: General understanding of IP networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, switches, wireless). 3. Computer Literacy: Proficient with Windows MacOS and Unix; ability to learn new software and skills quickly. 4. Electrical Skills: Experience with DC power systems, wiring, and solar setups. 5. Soldering & Fabrication: Comfortable soldering wires and connectors; ability to fabricate small parts as needed. 6. Problem Solving: Self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and adapt. 7. Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in shop and field environments, including lifting equipment and working outdoors. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) 1. Experience with IP cameras, streaming hardware, or AV systems. 2. Knowledge of solar charge controllers, inverters, and battery systems. 3. This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. Essential Functions This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree Japanese/English bilingual 7+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments. Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments. Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level) Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. (CCNP Level) Experience writing technical specifications is recommended.

Experience is a must for installations, repair, troubleshooting Cat6, telephone line 66 block, and CCTV camera systems . Must have telephone line buttset experience. Installation of cameras and dvr systems commercially and trouble shooting. ALL solid and strong experience in ALL of my requirements must be 100%.
