Description of duties: This position is to provide support to SPIE staff by troubleshooting desktop/laptop software and hardware problems in a responsive and customer service-oriented fashion. The successful candidate will work individually and as part of a team to evaluate and resolve customer issues in timely manner. Work will include hardware/software troubleshooting, Asset management, ticket escalation, network troubleshooting, and support of ongoing projects Education & Experience Requirements: Current college students only please.
