In support of USSOCOM the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Targeting Training Element (STTE) provides SOF personnel advanced Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) training. Training focuses on targeting using collection, network characterization, and analysis across the Radio Frequency spectrum for the purpose of supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD). The purpose of this requirement is to provide subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver classroom instruction and practical exercise programs of instruction (POI) for SOF SIGINT operators and authorized Foreign Partner government personnel on advanced TTPs for collection and exploitation of current and emerging technologies and protocols for SIGINT. Senior Wireless (Wi-Fi) Instructor / Network Engineer will: Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for Advanced Wi-Fi Operations courses (See Wi-Fi Course SOW). This shall include tasks such as: Provide team-level management of contractor staff performance regarding coordination activities with Government staff, to include review of all training packages to be submitted; present the confirmation brief for each training activity to the Government. Attend technical meetings, conferences, design reviews, and/or training regarding technology pursuit, advancements, and equipment designs at Government direction. Directly support Government assigned staff and IC Partners on force modernization, operational assessment, and evaluation projects as they pertain to instruction topics. Provide written assessments and technical reviews regarding the capabilities and operational employment potential of developing and/or emerging technologies at Government direction. Generate and administer student course evaluations at the conclusion of each course iteration. Coordinate Wi-Fi training and practical exercise support to Full Mission Profile courses and exercises. Senior Wi-Fi Instructor may also be required to perform the tasks of an Intermediate Instructor. Obtain and/or maintain the Instructor Evaluator level of NSA certification status in the technologies that the Government requires. At the Government’s request, coordinate and/or perform certification courses for contract and Government personnel IAW NSA policy. Requirements Current/Active TS/SCI Security Clearance A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years 8 years of experience (within the last 10 years) in SIGINT Computer Network Operations collection, analysis, and reporting in a deployed SOF environment, the Intelligence Community or in support of SOF elements Completed device fundamentals, networking, wireless security, and ethical hacking training (i.e. A+, SEC+, NET+, CH, etc.) equivalent courses completed. Designed and maintained an organization's computer networks, servers, laptops, etc. Configured and maintained network hardware and software. Ensured network security and integrity. Monitored network performance. 2 years of experience utilizing CNO principles and operations, cellular technology, TCP/IP network traffic analysis, SQL implementation, computer programming and scripting, and 802.xx and IP-based protocols. Certified in three or more of the following certifications: Any certification listed in CompTIA’s most recent IT Certification Roadmap at the intermediate level or higher, A+, or Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP). Current or previous certification as MODE 6 Instructor; eligible on Day 1 for nomination as an Instructor Evaluator Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) --OR-- 2 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction. New Logic manufactures and sells industrial filtration equipment that uses polymeric membranes to provide specific separations. Mostly, this involves filtering water or wastewater for industrial use. The filtration systems are fully automated and are controlled by a programmable Logic Controller (PLC). These systems run autonomously and are monitored by an operator. The systems include pumps, pneumatic valves, instrumentation, and speed controllers for all the motors. Interested customers will send a small sample amount of liquid for testing at New Logic’s research lab. If the initial feasibility is verified, testing is normally continued on a larger scale at the customer’s facility. After pilot testing, the customer may place an order for a large system that would go into fabrication. We have an opening for an automation and controls person who can create, edit, and test Allen Bradley and/or Siemens control software. The work would include dialogue with the customer and probable integration with their existing plant controls. We currently use Auto-Cad, Inventor, Graphite, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Allen Bradley, Siemens, and other software programs. During final wet testing of the system, the automation program is loaded and then thoroughly tested to make sure all the sub-routines are functioning correctly. The work may involve some travel for commissioning. We need two experienced technicians in or around the Lansing Michigan area to cover the state of Michigan, Northern Indiana and Northern Ohio to install and service digital displays and digital wallboards, which include upgrading existing equipment. The technician must have basic network configuration experience. This is inside clean work during normal business hours. The technician must be professional in appearance and have their own vehicle, tools and insurance as this is a 1099 contractor position and will be working from their home. This is a unique opportunity for someone that wants to make very good money and does not mind driving as we cover a lot of areas but are home every night. We pay every two weeks. Most all the equipment is shipped to the site for installation or service, so a vehicle with good gas mileage is a plus.
