Join a growing network of detail-oriented notaries supporting remote legal proceedings through digital technology. In this flexible, fully remote role, you’ll facilitate Zoom-based depositions, ensure procedural accuracy, and help maintain transcript quality — all while working independently on your own schedule. You’ll contribute directly to transforming how legal work is conducted in a virtual-first world. Accountabilities: Host and manage virtual legal depositions via Zoom with professionalism and warmth. Provide basic tech support to participants to ensure a smooth remote experience. Maintain high-quality audio conditions for accurate transcription by the platform. Administer oaths, manage procedural elements, and oversee the start/stop of official records. Follow provided scripts and documentation protocols with precision and attention to detail. Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality throughout proceedings. Requirements Active Notary Public commission in Ohio (must reside in Ohio). Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace. Computer with webcam and compatible software for video conferencing. Strong verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills. Availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM). Comfort using Zoom or similar platforms; legal industry experience is a plus.
