We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.  Scope of Role This role will primarily assist with CRM administration, customizations, implementations, automations, and integrating third-party applications. They will also be involved in building and designing CRM reports and visualizations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering data-driven solutions. They should possess excellent teamwork skills, a consultative mindset, and a customer service-oriented approach, enabling them to effectively work with both internal teams and external partners. JOB DESCRIPTION The role will require the candidate to be responsible for: CRM Administration, Customization, Implementation and Automation Customize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) systems based on customer requests or needs, including but not limited to, the creation of entities, fields, permissions, forms, views and workflows. Provide clients with CRM administration support by creating campaigns, opportunities, tasks and reassigning opportunities and tasks as needed. Configure third-party application integrations for both Dynamics and Salesforce. Build automations within CRM platforms to optimize business processes. Data Analysis and Reporting Develop native CRM reports tailored towards executives, managers and sales representatives, based on client requests and feedback. Create custom reports using data visualization tools, including Tableau and PowerBI. Help clean and segment CRM data for use in targeted campaigns and personalized outreach. Track fan lifecycle and loyalty behaviours (acquisition, retention, churn, upgrade paths). Communication and Consultation Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients. Analyze and define tasks, data flows, and dependencies in relation to project deliverables. Deliver strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry best practices.   Essential skills: A degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Sports Management, or a similar field. 1 year of CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or HubSpot), preferably in the sports and entertainment industry. Data Analysis and Visualization: Experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports. Business Acumen: Ability to align data analytics strategies with organizational goals and understand industry-specific challenges. Collaboration: Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Data Storytelling: Translating complex analytics into clear and compelling narratives.
