Job Purpose: As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in developing cloud-native applications, building scalable APIs, and creating engaging user interfaces. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps to deliver robust, high-performance solutions that support business objectives. Requirements Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and sustain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Framework, Angular, and AWS technologies. Deliver high-quality, optimized code across both front-end and back-end components. Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data processing and event-driven systems. Design and maintain complex data models and perform advanced SQL queries to uphold data consistency. Collaborate with Product Owners to break down business requirements into actionable technical tasks. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and foster a culture of clean coding practices. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, integrating CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA. Partner with architects and technical leads to ensure solutions align with architectural standards. Keep abreast of new technologies and provide insights on improving application performance, scalability, and reliability. Required Skills & Experience Proven expertise in Java and Spring Framework for backend development. Hands-on experience with Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks for front-end development. Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and building cloud-native applications. Proficiency with Kafka for event streaming and data pipelines. Solid experience with complex SQL and data modeling. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and project tracking with JIRA. Experience working in an Agile development setting. Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
