The Salesforce Developer will report to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for building custom components, automations, and integrations that meet evolving business needs. Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using Connected Apps, APIs, and secure authentication protocols. Own and improve environment strategy, manage change sets, and contribute to deployment automation using version control tools. Refactor legacy code, decouple hardcoded elements, and ensure that solutions scale across users, teams, and environments. Support and enhance data model integrity, validation logic, and performance tuning. Identify technical debt and system limitations, propose solutions, and drive maintainability improvements. Contribute to documentation, audit readiness, and architectural decisions related to Salesforce and its role in our broader system ecosystem. Requirements What we are looking for:   Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and declarative development tools. Experience managing Salesforce environments, change sets, and coordinating deployments. Strong knowledge of SOQL, and ability to write and optimize queries. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of API integrations and Connected Apps. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement. Nice to Haves Experience with Python or other scripting languages. Object-oriented programming background in Java or C#. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js). The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000.
