The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving complaints and inquiries, treat callers with compassion and empathy, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound calls promptly. Follow communication "FAQs scripts" when handling different topics. Identify caller's needs, clarify information, provide guidance, and be able to de-escalate a caller when agitated. Shifts: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Requirements Bilingual-French Canadian. Must own computer and headset. High School Diploma. Previous experience in a customer support role Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
