Call Center Representative Our Client, a highly regarded Philadelphia based Transit Agency, SEPTA, is planning on hiring at least eleven new Call Center Representatives to join its team as long-term contractors of the Midtown Group. Most of these positions are available due to promotions In person interviews will be held on Wednesday, Sept 10th, at 1234 Market Street. Training will start on Tuesday, September 16th, and will be Mon-Fri. Training ends Friday, Oct 3rd and new hires cannot take any days off during training. Pay for training is $20.00 per hour and pay will jump to $22.00 after Sept 26th. To start, working Sundays is a requirement. You cannot have any time off for the first three weeks of the role (Sept 16th through Oct 3). The Customer Service Agent will be required to provide a compliant level of service to all CCT customers as well as company employees 365 days a year. (A conditional eligible customer is one who is qualified for paratransit service when certain conditions (ex. environmental or architectural barriers) prevent use of accessible fixed-route service.) · Route calls to appropriate resource. · Follow-up customer calls where necessary. · Recognize, document, and inform the supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external customer calls. · Provide feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures of the Reservations Department. · Assist in the training process by cross training and side by side training of new hires. · Clerical duties which include faxing, filing, emailing, processing, and copying paperwork. · Other duties as assigned.
