CSTs will be responsible for managing all aspects of intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting data into Eintake, printing tickets, and processing paperwork. CST are involved in helping with deliveries in the field and involved in the after hours call rotation. Job Requirements: Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the medical field and a strong customer service background is preferred, but not required.
