Dispatch & Logistics Assistant – Shuttle Transportation (Fort Lauderdale)

We are seeking a Dispatch & Logistics Assistant to support our airport shuttle and transportation services in Fort Lauderdale. This position involves coordinating rides, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 8am – 1pm Pay: Starting at $15/hour Responsibilities: Manage dispatch and logistics schedules Answer and handle client calls professionally Create and manage reservations (using systems like Peek Pro) Enter details accurately and follow up with clients as needed Support management with dispatch and office tasks Requirements: Customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling multiple calls and clients Positive attitude and professional demeanor Notes: Must be based in Fort Lauderdale area Only apply if you are confident in keeping up with a fast-paced workflow.
