We’re a well-established, top-rated solo dog walking company in NYC, and we’re sniffing out a few committed, passionate dog lovers to join our team in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. -- 🐶 Who We Are: Since 2010, we’ve been one of NYC’s premier solo dog walking services—we walk one pup at a time (unless a client has multiple dogs) and keep walker assignments consistent, so both our dogs and our humans form lasting, loving bonds. We value trust, reliability, and long-term relationships, which is why we're looking for people who can commit to at least **9 months**. If you're looking for a short-term gig or a filler job, no hard feelings—but this won’t be the right fit. -- 🐕 Who You Are: You’re not just a dog lover—you’re a responsible, reliable, weather-proof walker with a strong work ethic and love for all breeds and sizes. You're great at communicating, a true self-starter, and love the idea of working independently without needing micro-management. ✔️ You must be available Monday–Friday, 11am–4pm—this is a non-negotiable requirement. ✔️ Personal dog care experience is essential, though professional experience is a plus! ✔️ Rain, snow, heatwaves? You're not afraid of NYC weather if it means hanging out with a happy pup. -- 🐾 The Job Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10/11am–4pm (extra work available outside these hours + weekends. including overnight stays) Pay: $18–$22/hour on average (top earners make $22++/hr) -- Perks: Weekly direct deposit (no paper checks!)
