The correct new teammate will have a passion for customer service and safety, but also have the ability to hustle and keep up in a fast paced distribution warehouse, where serving our contractors and customers is our priority. This position will have delivery and warehouse responsibilities, so the ability to flex and lift 50-70 lbs. will be required of you. The Housing Coordinator ensures tenant well-being and unit habitability by conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly home visits. This work includes collaborating with property providers and case managers to mitigate conflict, prevent eviction and address housing related issues. This role involves working closely with individuals who have a history of trauma, providing them with support, guidance, and resources to aid in their healing journey.
