This role offers the opportunity to provide world-class technical support for cutting-edge containerization and cloud technologies. You will serve as a key point of contact for enterprise customers, diagnosing complex issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and delivering proactive solutions that improve customer satisfaction. Accountabilities ·         Deliver top-tier customer support for enterprise clients, specializing in Docker and related technologies. ·         Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across multiple layers of containerization and cloud platforms. ·         Collaborate with engineering, product, and knowledge management teams to identify bugs and implement solutions. ·         Participate in enterprise-level calls and remote screen-sharing sessions to drive issue resolution. ·         Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in ticketing systems. ·         Create and audit help content to ensure the knowledge base is accurate and effective. ·         Contribute to process improvements and participate in on-call rotations. Requirements ·         BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. ·         3+ years of experience providing enterprise technical support in high-growth SaaS environments. ·         Deep knowledge of Docker products, including Docker Engine, Docker Hub, and Docker Desktop. ·         Experience troubleshooting Linux, macOS, and Windows systems. ·         Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work across time zones. ·         Experience with enterprise-level customer interactions and remote collaboration. ·         Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs, and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
