ROLE HIGHLIGHTS - What to expect as a VP of Human Resources and Talent for In Home Care Operations In this role, you are responsible for working closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, as well as spearheading the following: Strategic Departmental Leadership Lead the Human Resources and Talent Department and team members, ensuring structures, systems and processes are built to scale, and with robust inbuilt compliance.
