Assis - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Education and/or Experience - Requires 4 years of high school and one to three years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one setting or within a group atmosphere to other employees of the organization. - Bilingual in Spanish preferred Part-Time

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in the HR Department under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, acting as a vital link between HR, staff, candidates, and new hires. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, event coordination, responding to employee and applicant inquiries, and providing general administrative support. Compensation: $23.53 - $27.83 per hour, depending on experience.
