Description

Third owner but has always been in the family. My grandfather bought it brand new then sold it to my brother 4 years ago. My grandfather was a mechanic and did regular maintenance on the Jeep. My brother put a small lift on it and daily drove it to its near current mileage. It ended up sitting so I bought it off of him but I do not have the time to get it running tip top and I hate to see it waste away. This jeep is still in great shape overall because it has consistently been well cared for and with some minor work it is absolutely road worthy. It has never been off much more than logging roads. The only exterior damage is on the passenger front door from sliding in the snow. Few minor dings here and there otherwise. There are ZERO problem rust issues on this jeep besides minor surface rust here and there since it was garaged in dry Northern California most of its life. Issues- -Current rear leaf bushings are shot. It is drivable but bumpy. I just drove it on the freeway with zero issues. -Sometimes when it is warmed up it has a hard time turning over but always does. Within the last 500 miles- -Amsoil high mileage engine oil -Almost every sensor under the hood has been replaced -New starter -New 4 hole Bosch injectors -Power Stop front rotors and pads -Transmission, transfer case, diff fluids changed with amsoil severe gear -Front steering bushings replaced -LED front lights -Roof rack -Headliner I have Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs, Rubicon Express shackles and high quality bushings plus other components to swap out in the rear. I have a steering box brace to reinforce the steering box. I even have more of the refrigerant for the old AC system which still works great. I have both the OEM service and electrical manuals. The rear carpet and rear seats were pulled but the seats and hardware are still in the vehicle. The photo from the rear hatch not only shows some of the minor surface rust I am talking about but also the equipment and seats.
