Since 2010, we’ve proudly served a diverse community of locals, travelers, and regulars with a down-to-earth vibe. ⭐ ABOUT THE ROLE: The Retail Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service while handling inventory, restocking, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising. You’ll work independently but as part of a tight, creative team. 🛠 RESPONSIBILITIES: • Open and close the store
• Build strong customer relationships
• Process transactions using Square POS
• Fulfill online orders + process shipments
• Restock, tidy, and maintain product displays
• Support visual merchandising across departments
• Ensure stock areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Learn product info through training and research
• Communicate sales trends and feedback to the team
• Assist with Shopify uploads, audits, and backend tasks
• Pitch in for special events and projects as needed ✅ QUALIFICATIONS: • 1–2 years in retail 
• Familiarity with POS (Square preferred)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Excel or inventory platform knowledge a plus • admin experience a plus!

This person will work primarily on weekends from 10:45am-6pm. This person will be expected to work 3 - 4 weekends each month. The schedule will be determined a month in advance, with some flexibility. Hourly pay starts at $24, with annual raises. We seek someone who creates a welcoming environment for customers, accurately answering questions and checking people out, assisting with returns/exchanges, and assisting with loading furniture into vehicles.
