What You’ll Do Engage customers with a consultative sales approach—listening to their needs and helping them find pieces that fit their lifestyle and design vision. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including outreach and follow-up with designers and repeat customers. Drive sales by confidently presenting product features, custom furniture options, and design solutions. Contribute to store success through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Maintain a beautifully presented sales floor, ensuring displays reflect the DeKor aesthetic. Assist with inventory, restocking, and ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
