Jedlicka’s is looking for a fulltime person for customer service, sales and cashiering. We are a retail western wear & clothing store in Los Olivos California in the Santa Ynez Valley. We sell clothing, boots and hats for men, ladies and children. Bilingual is appreciated. We have clients that speak English, Spanish plus French and other languages as we have many visitors from around the world pass through. We also have a tack department and horse supplies including bridles, halters, fly sprays and supplements. Horse experience not required, but would certainly help in this sector of the store.

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at a leading pottery supply distributor. This role is essential to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Working the front counter assisting customers with purchases Accurately pick, pack, and ship pottery supplies to meet daily order fulfillment goals Safely handle and transport materials including clay, tools, glazes, and equipment Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are properly recorded and replenished Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers regarding products and orders Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect items for quality assurance Support daily operational tasks such as cleaning, merchandising, and maintaining a tidy workspace Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience Qualifications Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred but not required Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
