Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of budtenders, shift supervisors, and support staff. Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations and company policies. Manage inventory, both cannabis and non-cannabis and track product sell-through rates and performance. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Analyze sales trends and financial reports to drive business growth and achieve performance targets. Work closely with corporate leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Qualifications: 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis, hospitality, or high-volume retail industry. Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management. Knowledge of Massachusetts cannabis laws and regulations (preferred but not required). Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and retail sales reporting. Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Skilled in Microsoft Office.
