Clover is a clothing & gift boutique celebrating 24 years of business in Silver Lake. We’re a neighborhood staple and we love serving the community. We are looking for a part-time sales associate with retail experience to help create a welcoming shopping experience. Experience with POS & gift wrapping a plus. Someone who is reliable and outgoing who loves connecting with customers. The schedule is set Sunday 11-6, Monday 10-6 & Tuesday 10-6 (open to close). This is a set schedule. The UPS Store in North Reading, MA is currently searching for dedicated part time Retail Sales Associates. Both Saturday and Sunday availability is a must. The Retail Sales Associate must have the ability to learn quickly, give great customer service, have willingness to work well under pressure and must be able to lift 40 lbs. Duties include processing packages for shipment, operate copiers/fax machines, and point-of-sale devices. The ideal candidate will have printing experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business. The average workday will involve standing for long periods of time, packages, ringing customers up using a register, talking to customers on the phone, and more. Associates will be required to obtain a Massachusetts Notary License within 90 days of hire. Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include; * Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries * Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and UPS Store team members * Take ownership of the customer's shipping problem and offer viable solutions * Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends * Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others * Maintain a clean and safe working environment. We will strongly consider applicants with experience in Print Services, Retail Sales, Sales Associate, and/or Sales Representative.
