What You’ll Do: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, pricing, and inventory data across internal systems and retailer portals. Review and submit retailer product information with zero errors (accuracy is everything) Build and refine Excel trackers for launches, timelines, and product details. Support day-to-day retail operations including data entry, formatting, reporting, and sample shipping Create and improve organizational systems—color coding, labeling, naming conventions, and checklists. Perform repetitive but critical tasks with consistency and precision. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure deadlines and retailer requirements are met. This is a full time, Monday thru Friday job from 2:30pm to 11:00pm with some occasional overtime work required.
