Resource Innovations is seeking an Analyst to join our growing team in Chicago. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst with a strong background in accounting, business, finance, or program management to join our dynamic team. As an Analyst you will support the program management team by analyzing data and generating reports for forecasting, budgeting, planning, revenue, etc.   Resource Innovations (RI) is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. Duties and Responsibilities Manages and implements program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients. Diagnoses and troubleshoots application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. Proactively identifies and scopes database enhancement opportunities. Defines quality control requirements and works collaboratively across teams to ensure compliance. Creates and maintains comprehensive process documentation. Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor & measure performance, and relevant metrics.   Coordinates across multiple organization and departments and responsible for communication of relevant information. Analyzes complex sets of data and develops reporting tools in Excel and various ecommerce software systems to support program operations, summarizes findings and improves data processes.   Provides analysis and supports accurate forecasting for internal use and to inform clients and partners of program projections.    Supports program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for process improvement.   Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and previous data related experience is required. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience. Previous CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, developing reports and importing/exporting data. Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Preferred skills, education and experience Technical experience with energy efficiency, energy efficiency audits or related technologies. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $50,554 - $96,882.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.  Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check.
