We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Technical BA) to bridge the gap between product vision, engineering execution, and operational impact. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for high-impact features especially those related to inbound/outbound logistics, billing, integrations (e.g., Shopify, EDI), and CloudX modular services. You’ll work closely with the Product Director, Developers, QA, Implementation teams, and clients.
