Job Title: Social Media Lead Generation Specialist Location: Las Vegas, but open to Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Develop and execute lead generation strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content and ad campaigns to attract and convert potential customers. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI. Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar to identify and target key audiences. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to nurture leads and support conversion efforts. Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing and lead generation. Strong understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, and analytics. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
