Recording Studio Monthly Sublet Available (Downtown Brooklyn)

I'm a full time music producer located in Downtown Brooklyn. I have full use monthly sublet hours available at my Downtown Brooklyn studio on weekends and weeknights. It's a large, well treated 400-ish sq foot space with a fully floated iso room big enough for drum tracking, baffles, and a cue system. Well equipped with traditional instruments and synthesizers, suited to modern production but also to live tracking. Located just off Tillary near the BQE and easily accessible both in Brooklyn and from Manhattan. I'l looking for a tenant who will be a fit in experience, professionalism and vibe, the cost for monthly hours is affordable as I'd like to incentivize a longer relationship, less a revolving door. There is storage available for gear and while nothing additional is needed I'm open to taking in new pieces should they add to the experience for clients and producers there!
