Practice / rehearsal space at Sci Labs (Greenpoint)

Looking for a band to share our space at Sci Labs in Greenpoint. Decently sized room and affordable. Split with another band, the monthly rent would be $460. Clean building with good AC and well-maintained bathrooms. We’re a group of four that practices at most twice a week, so there’s plenty of availability. Current set up is pretty bare bones; we previously had a full drum kit, so the space can accommodate it. Happy to share use of the PA/mixer. We’ve been here for three years and previously shared with another band.
