Musician looking for a local rehearsal room and male/female models (Woodbridge)

Hello, my name is Dennis Black. I'm 29. I'm looking for a couple of things 1. I'm looking for a local rehearsal room. Preferably a house garage or studio apartment with AC where I can be loud. I'm willing to pay anywhere around $15-$25 an hour 2. I want to shoot videos for my music. I'm looking for an model and or models both men and women. I drive and if you need a lift if you're a musician/actor/model I don't mind especially if we become good friends and or business partners.
