The building location is 30 minutes by subway to midtown Manhattan and a 10 minute walk from Ditmars Boulevard (north) and 30th Avenue (south), two of Astoria’s liveliest streets, this apartment is a quiet haven in New York. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. It offers hardwood floors, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, and a brand-new sleek kitchen (dishwasher included). The building complex includes a gym, a coworking area, and an event space. There’s a rooftop with a view of the Manhattan skyline (see photos). The apartment is on the third floor. (Apologies, the building does not have an elevator). The apartment will be available for move-in starting October 15th, with move-in dependent upon Board approval.
