We have a beautiful furnished 3 bedroom and 3 bath house that has a large walled in yard. Each of the 3 bedrooms are very separate, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and individual temperature control. There are two dining tables made to seat 6 people, one indoors and one outside. The yard is completely fenced/walled in. There are 2 working fireplaces, one kiva in the master suite and one in the cozy living room. Each room has a work desk with an ergonomic chair. Each bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and the master bath has a jetted extra deep soaking tub. There is a whole house water filtration system plus extra filtration at the sink for drinking water. You will find there is enough parking in the driveway to fit 3 vehicles. We hope that you find this home to be as quiet, tranquil, and relaxing as we have! It is a funky artistic home that we maintain very well. The sunset views in the backyard are very picturesque. It is fully furnished with queen sized beds in each room. The kitchen is fully furnished with Bosch dishwasher, large French door fridge, blender, coffee maker, etc. Master bedroom has a/c and the rest of the house stays cool thanks to the adobe construction. Large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The location is close to everything and just a few minutes drive to the plaza. A couple minutes walk to Frenchy’s park and the beautiful Santa Fe river trail—a perfect way to bike to the plaza! Move in date is flexible. We ask for first, deposit and last.
